Eram Engineering, represent the clients and contractors to expedite the production or fabrication activities in the facility of the vendor, implementing the Client Quality procedures and International standards. This service performed by engineering professionals, certified experts, client certified vendor inspectors in all discipline.
Vendor Inspection involves the Control at the manufacturer or sub-contractors premises of the quality of workmanship and conformity of manufactured equipment with the purchase specifications, applicable drawings, codes or standards. The level of our organizational involvement will be identified in an Inspection and Test Plan and depend on the equipment and application. It may include stage inspections, witness testing or final inspection in accordance with the client requirements.
The inspectors assigned will follow the client procedure, quality programs & production histogram and order. Based on the commodity the the inspection is undertaken by the inspector representing the client will expedite the manufacturing, perform inspection on conformity and issue necessary documentation as per client requirement. In additional the inspector or expeditor professionals will meet the dates of pre-established programmes; to inform the client of the real situation existing at the manufacturer's facilities and of all decisions taken or suggested regarding the time schedule; to compare the progress of activities with a pre-determined time schedule or critical path network.

In addition we undertake:

Vendor/Supplier audits including review of client requirements, vendor proposals, and vendor quality programs

Development of vendor requirements based upon an agreed Witness Point listing, client procurement documentation, and all applicable codes.

Manufacturer Qualification - Based on the plant size, number of employees, production control and in process verification, quality control, engineering operability, management support and finished stores

Document review of test procedures and results, documentation of tests and verification of personnel certifications

Pre-shipment involving the detailed inspection of equipment or components after manufacture but prior to shipment.
